Chicken fillet with cheese and herbs Recipe

Ingredients:
- chicken - 4 pcs
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- greens - 100 g (I have green onions and dill)
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- milk - 4 tbsp
- vegetable (or butter) Oil - 2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
For the filling chop herbs and mix with cream cheese; add milk, turmeric, sagging through the press garlic, salt and black pepper.In each chicken fillet to make a deep cut to form a pocket. Fillet of stuff with stuffing.
Smear each fillet with vegetable or melted butter. Roll in bread crumbs.
Place the fillets in a refractory form and bake at 200 Celsius degree for 20 minutes, occasionally basting the segregated juice.
