Chicken Gizzards Stewed In Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
- chicken gizzards - 700 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- tomato sauce or paste - 1 tbsp. L.
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
- allspice - 2 pea
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste
- chicken broth or water - 2 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L.
Preparation:
1 peeled and washed stomachs fill with cold water in a saucepan and lightly salted - 1/3 tbsp Boil them for one hour on low heat.2 Peel the onions and cut into half rings.

4 In a heated pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots until the onion is translucent (5-7 min.)
