Ingredients: 

  • Sour cream - 500g 
  • Sugar - 100 gr 
  • Banana - 2 pcs. 
  • instant gelatin 
  • Chocolate - 25 gr 


How to cook: 

Sour for making jelly should be at room temperature.
To add sour cream, sugar, beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
Gelatin, pour 100 ml of hot water (not boiling water), carefully stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Pour gelatin to cream (sour cream and gelatin should be approximately the same temperature, the gelatin is not curled up ahead of time), whip.
Bananas are cleaned, cut into large cubes.
Expanded in the glass or in portions glasses.
Pour the cream into the glasses, put in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before freezing.
Chocolate grate.
Sprinkle the finished chocolate sour cream jelly.
