Ingredients:

  • 300 g fillet of salmon
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 mango
  • 1 onion, purple
  • cilantro leaves in taste
  • for the marinade:
  • juice and zest of half a lemon lemon
  • 6 tablespoons. tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Mirin (optional) 
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar

How to cook:

We cut the fish, mango, onion, bell pepper cubes about the size of a centimeter,
mix with chopped cilantro. Mix all the marinade ingredients, dressed fish with vegetables, fruits, herbs, and leave for ten minutes.
