Tender fish fillet, baked under a cheese hat.

Ingredients:

  • 500g fish fillets (tilapia, perch, and others.)
  • 50 g of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 of a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper


How to cook:

I used tilapia fish fillets. The fish was very juicy and tender, with a light lemon flavor and a delicious melted cheese.
Preparation:
