Ingredients:
- 500g fish fillets (tilapia, perch, and others.)
- 50 g of cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 of a lemon
- salt
- pepper
How to cook:
I used tilapia fish fillets. The fish was very juicy and tender, with a light lemon flavor and a delicious melted cheese.Preparation:
