Ingredients:

  • 5-6 potatoes,
  • 500 grams of minced meat,
  • onion,
  • 3 eggs,
  • some cheese,
  • fresh greens.


How to Cook:

Wash potatoes, peel and cook until tender. Make good mashed potatoes by adding the butter, a little milk and one raw egg.
Onion cut into smaller fry. Add to the onion stuffing and fry well, almost until tender.
In a baking dish put ½ portion of mashed potatoes, smooth.
Mashed potatoes put stuffing. Over the second part of the stuffing mashed potatoes.
Beat 2 eggs (you can add a little cream) and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 200° C.
