- Vanillin on the tip of a knife
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Citric acid - 1/4 tsp
- Butter - 70 g
- Cream cheese - 75 grams
- Blueberries - 100 g
For the cream:
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Cream> 30% - 80 ml
- Powdered sugar - 30 g
- Blueberries on request
Preparation:
1. Beat the softened butter with sugar, add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the egg and cream cheese, beat until smooth.
3. Separately, sift all the dry ingredients.
4. Combine the two mixtures, add the blueberries and stir.
