Ingredients:
- Lentils - 100 g
- Brisket, smoked pork - 80 g
- Onions - 50 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Celery - 50 g
- Tomato paste - 30 g
- Brazilian mixture of spices - 3 g
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp. l.
- Frozen corn - 100 g
- Beef broth (gel) - 1 pc.
- Edam cheese - 30 g
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Slice the onion, carrot, celery arbitrary cube. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the tomato paste. Sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Dissolve broth (gel) to 1 liter of boiling water. Put the vegetable saute the broth and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Rinse the lentils, add the broth and simmer for 7 minutes.
5. The cooked lentils with vegetables until smooth. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Add the mixture of Brazilian spices. Simmer, bring to a boil.
7. Cut the bacon into small cubes (about the size of corn).
8. Add the bacon and corn soup and simmer for 1 minute.
9. Chop cilantro. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with cheese and cilantro.
