Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 500 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Egg - 150 g
  • Oat bran - 50 g
  • Salt, pepper, green onion - to taste


Preparation:

1. Grind the onion and chicken breast in a food processor (or mince).

2. Add bran, egg, salt and seasoning.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. For the filling of chopped green onions and boiled eggs.

4. Make a big cake of minced meat, which is in the middle of putting a couple of teaspoons of the filling.

5. Connect the edges to give the cake an oblong shape.

6. Fry zrazy in a pan until golden brown, add at the end a little water and continue to simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes.
