Grilled Salmon With Salsa Pears And kiwi Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Salmon Steaks - 4 pcs.
- Pears - 2 pcs.
- Kiwi - 3 pcs.
- Dried cranberries - 6 tbsp
- Green onions, chopped - 3-4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Fresh mint, chopped - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Kiwi and Pear cut into cubes, chives and mint finely chop.
2. The cut fruit and vegetables to put in a cup, add a dried cranberries and season with whipped sauce of lemon juice and honey. Salt and pepper to taste, stir. Salsa let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Salmon steak with salt and pepper on both sides and fry in a dry frying pan grill for 2-3 minutes on each side (do not overcook, or the fish will be dry).
