Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt pepper
- Stuffing - 200 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. Zucchini, cheese grate on a fine grater + egg + flour, salt and pepper. Bake pancakes, each fluff filling, put the top with tomato slices and a little mayonnaise. Bake at 220° C for 10 minutes.
2. For the filling fry the minced onion and garlic + spices. Cool and add mayonnaise.
