Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Shallot - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Cream - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Green peas to taste
  • Butter for greasing form
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste




Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180ᵒS. Grease the molds with butter.

2. Put the stuffing: finely chopped onions, peas, tomatoes, top, pour a tablespoon of cream.

3. Beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.


4. Again, add a spoonful of cream.

5. In a baking dish place the mold and pour the hot water until about the middle of the molds.
