Trout With Honey And Mustard |
Ingredients:
- piece of trout
- marinade:
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt or soy sauce
Preparation
1. Mix honey, salt or soy sauce and mustard (I have mustard beans).
2. Fish cut into serving pieces, coat with the marinade and leave in the cold for 10 minutes.
3. Put the fish in a baking dish and send it in the oven, which must be pre-warmed to 170 degrees.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Eat with vegetables or salad.
