  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 4 pen green onions
  • couple sprigs of mint (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. L. miso paste (yellow or red, to your taste)
  • 2 tbsp. L. sesame oil
  • 0.5 cups of sauce Yakitori or make it yourself. To do this, you will need:
  • 0.5 cups of soy sauce
  • Quarter cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 4.1 cups of sake
  • 4.1 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp. L. sugar
  • 2 pen green onions

2 Add the white part of onions and sugar.

3 Put on low heat and, not boiling, liquid evaporate half. The sauce will thicken considerably. Cool. Onion extract.

For the meatballs:

3 Mix sesame oil and miso paste until uniform.

4 Stir ready and fresh beef, chopped fine green onions rings, mix miso and butter. Add half the sauce Yakitori.
