Pasta With Chicken And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
- Pasta - 400 g
- Salt - to taste
- Mushrooms (fresh) - 250 g
- Garlic (optional) - 2 cloves
- Leek (white part) - 1 piece.
- Oregano (dry) - 1/2 tsp
- Cherry - 250 g
- Chicken fillet - 250g
- Parsley - a small beam
- Dry white wine - 50 ml
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 g
Preparation:
1 In a saucepan, boil the pasta to cook the mushrooms for a minute. Change the water, salt, boil and cook the pasta for 3 minutes less than specified in the package.2 In a skillet with olive oil to fry the finely chopped onion, then mushrooms. Add chicken breast, cut into thin slices, pour the white wine and a little evaporated.
3 Cherry tomatoes cut in half and add to the skillet with a small amount of water from cooking the pasta. Cook 2 minutes.
4 Boiled pasta shift in the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
5 Pasta with chicken and mushrooms ready.
